The hotel offered free parking for travelers taking the cruise from Norfolk but did not inform me until my arrival date and no rooms with the free service were available. Cost me $100 for parking 10 miles from the hotel.

The room was clean. In general the facility is well maintained. All the staff was very helpful and warm. The standout is the manager CeeCee. I am not sure if the correct spelling of her name.
